At RG studio 360 we had such a blast during our Mix Media Club class. If you haven’t heard, we host a Mix Media Club class every third Wednesday of the month. A new project is created with an exclusive digital download a month. This is a good way to keep your creative juices flowing. For this month our Mix Media is about being Bold!

Being Bold is showing an ability to take risks; confident and courages. I love this so much, I love lots of inspirational sayings. It’s good to be reminded that sometimes we just need to be courageous in order to move forward in whatever life takes us.

In my classes I always love to share techniques, old or new. Old techniques are always fun and specially when you share them with new people that have not seen all they can do. I start of by showing how to apply any mediums first, then the acrylic paints.

I show step by step. I also allow for drying time as of course, we use acrylic paints as well as different mediums.

Here I showed how to blend these three colors that I used, and also how to splatter some black ink on to you canvas piece to give it more texture and for a little pop!

It’s always so much fun to share these projects, but also to share a little bit of behind the scene is always sweeter.

Our classes are private and featured on YouTube for our club subscribers only. Every month our members receive a special link to the class.

Adding some black ink around the butterflies makes it fun and also it allows the butterflies to stand out more.

I hope you get a chance to try one of our RG Studio 360 Mix Media Club! You will get the chance to make something inspirational and amazing as this project. This kit is available till April 30th 2018. Click HERE for more info.
Remember to create the life you want! and make amazing happen
